I've had dozens of electrolysis sessions with Abby, and have almost complete clearance on my face. She's a wonderful, calming, friendly person, and a very clear communicator so I never felt unsure of what was happening and have always felt in control of the treatment process. The new electrolysis machine is fantastic and much less painful than the one most places use.
