Very prompt response to my initial enquiry and an easy process to follow. Sent my bottle of whisky using Royal Mail special delivery and payment received to my bank the same day that it arrived. Having found a stored whisky Gift Box that was no longer required I searched for the potential value/sale of this. Fortunately I came across your website and found it extremely helpful. So good to find someone with a genuine passion for a product. Excellent Company to deal with, I had a single bottle to sell, sent them details and pictures via their online form and received an off by email, the offer is what I was expecting having researched the likely selling price of the whisky I had.I accepted their offer and sent the bottle to them, they acknowledged receipt the following day and credited the agreed price to my account the same day.No problems with the transaction and really good communication.

Got a valuation from the team there and dropped off the bottles to their premises, I received payment the same day through bank transfer.
