Marco at Lemon Lettings has managed my one 4 bed property for me. This has been the first time I have used a letting agent and I originally I had some pre-conceived concerns about handing the house over to an agent, but they have been great and dealt with any house maintenance issues very professionally, calmly and swiftly throughout. They communicate very effectively with me and the tenants. Their first year discounted percentage is very welcome too! I highly recommend Lemon Lettings.

Would give 0 stars out of 5 if I could.Turned up to a viewing 5 mins early (proven by an Uber recipe). Waited 25 minutes with no sign of any estate agents or contact. I then proceeded to to call the estate agent, Harry (a director of lemon lettings) who claimed he was the at property (an obvious lie). The letting agency is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to any potential clients.

0 stars. Didn’t turn up to our viewing then lied about being there even though we was at the property 5 minutes early. We spent £10 on a taxi to get there and received no apology for them not turning up and then hung up the phone. Would avoid this letting agents!!!

We found Harry very helpful when viewing the property on town street.Good communication and advice. He also helped get the lease through quickly as we were pushed for time as our current lease was due to expire.

I recently moved to the UK and I was and am still happy with service. The agent was understanding and flexible when I had a problem with setting up my bank account. This made settling in well in the country great.

Friendly and respectful landlord. The furnishings in the house I'm staying in are all in great condition, and the space and amenities within the house are really good. My housemates are really sociable and friendly too which, as someone who's moved to somewhere where she knows nobody, is great.

Lemon Lettings have a great team. I moved to Leeds over a year ago and met Harry who was so helpful. It meant a lot to me, being in a strange place to find the level of support and assistance that was offered.Definitely try out Lemon Lettings.Shaz

Great Letting agent and trustworthy. Harry, Marco, Georgia and Ash all have been amazing and very professional. I am a Landlord and you are always worried if your properties are being managed correctly. Lemon Lettings provide such a great service and would defiantly recommend them. Keep up the great work :)

Terrible experience with Harry Sekhon, one of the directors. After making an offer on a one bedroom flat in Morley, which was accepted by the vendor; Harry asked for a 1000GBP deposit to secure the property. After I questioned him, he said it was to protect the vendor in the case that I pulled out and to cover their legal fees. I wasn't happy with this so I asked for the terms and conditions of the deposit as I was concerned what would happen if there was a problem with any of the searches and the property was not fit to purchase or the vendor just decided to pull out. Where would my protection be? Harry then went quiet and was not forthcoming with the T&Cs of the deposit. I have rung him, messaged him and emailed him for an update and he has not replied. I feel as if I had given him the thousand pounds, I would have had no protection. After failing to communicate, I tried to contact the two government approved letting agent schemes: The Property Ombudsman and Property Redress Scheme; unfortunately it seems like Lemon Lettings is not a member of either. After my experience, I would not use them again and would advise anyone who thinks about using them, to proceed with caution.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with this agent. Lived in a house with 3 others for 6 months. We had no internet or gas for almost 2 months at the start which they said we would have 1 week after moving in. After multiple complaints from myself and my housemates and requests to leave we were denied by the agent as he said the house wasn't even cold (this was in Winter and the house was unbearable). They decided to give us £10 back for our hardship, which is ridiculous considering the contract was void due to the lack of utilities. I would stay well clear of this company, they do not support you if you have problems with the Landlord and can be quite rude. I am a landlord myself and would never treat my tenants in such a disgraceful way.
