Dolly's Dog Day Care & Dog Boarding in Cobham, Surrey

Our dog regularly attends this day care and has even boarded with them a few times. He is always so happy there and cared for so well. The team are lovely and always friendly. You can tell they have a real passion for animals. Would highly recommend to other dog owners!

I have never given any business a bad review as I usually tend to give the other person the benefit of the doubt. However dealing with this team has been extremely disappointing and I want other dog owners to be aware of what they may be getting themselves into. Dolly’s dog boarding kindly contacted me at my request for dog boarding before our holiday some weeks ago. Lola( our lovely cockapoo) went for a few hours as a trial before her overnight stay snd seemed settled. We turned up later that week for her over night stay trial after agreeing all the details but there was no answer at the door or on the phone, so we returned home understandably worried and upset. There was no response from the team over the weekend! I got a call few days later on the Monday morning from a member of the team who was surprised and clueless at the error and agreed that the manager would call me to clarify things- no apology whatsoever. I still have not received a call from the manager snd it has been two weeks. Needless to say, we had to make alternate arrangements for Lola for our holiday.I would never feel comfortable going back there as trust has been lost. This is supposed to be a business so even if there is an emergency( which it didn’t appear there was), someone should be able to contact clients to inform them. Very poor communication from the business owners. Please be aware that this could happen. I would never want any other dog owners to be in this situation.
