From the beginning to the end Tangible was a delight to work with upon our project. Some issues arose through the refurbishment of our apartment but quick solutions were presented! Quality of work was great and programme really helped us keep on the same page throughout especially when we needed to supply items!

We were introduced to Tangible Contractors by a friend and I am happy they did. Tangible helped us sort out our exrension when a previous builder walked off and left us in the dark. Lance gave us tips on how save money here and there to keep the costs as reasonable but realistic as possible. In the end we were so happy that we had Tangible completing our extension and internal works, now we can enjoy our space with family and friends!

Following the completion of my rear extension I did have a few snags to do inside and in the new patio area but Tangible had these rectified in good time and also pushed building control as they needed a little nudge as they were a little slow in providing us with our completion certificate, this was really appreciated and showed that Lance cared. I have recommended Lance and the team at Tangible Contractors and believe that they may be starting a project with one of my friends soon!

Lance from Tangible initially visited he really made sure that we understood the process and made things a lot clearer for us as we had no real knowledge of construction ourselves plus answered some of our questions that may have seemed basic but Lance had answered them so that we understood what parts of the work entailed. Once on site Tangible really hit the ground running all the way to completion. There were a few instances where there were a couple days delay due to the skip company and some material deliveries but Tangible and the team kept things moving on site which was great. We are moved in and very happy with the build and quality of the finish!

It's been an absolute pleasure to have Lance and Tangible Contractors on my garden renovation project. Awful experience

We wanted quite a lot of work done to our house just to name a few…rear extension, double storey extension, full house refurbishment and whole house rendering and it was a dream once completed by Tangible Contractors! There were problems along the way as you can imagine but Lance and the team did work hard to solve them and came up with some solutions that ended up being better then originally planned! We have a great space now and are delighted we chose to go with Tangible!
