Wellis Sussex

We've just taken delivery of a Wellis Malaga Standard from the very helpful team at Wellis Sussex. As you can see from the pictures, delivery had to be by Crane as we didn't have wide enough access. Wellis arranged this for us for a very decent price. In fact the price of everything was very good as I compared them with lots of other retailers just to be sure we weren't paying over the odds. Not only were Wellis cheaper, but being local I know I can depend on them for after sales service.Although we had to order the hot tub some time ago, Wellis were true to their word on expected delivery dates and everything was on time. Not easy in the current environment! Delivery on the day couldn't have gone smoother and upon being filled up, Harry took the time to show me everything about how it worked and describe how to keep on top of water quality and running costs.Safe to say we've been hugely impressed so far and are very happy with the product and service we've received.

Just had a Malaga Premium 6 person hot tub installed by Wellis Sussex at my home in Whitstable, Kent. Fantastic service from start to finish. Dealt mainly with Aleks in the office followed by Ben and Troy for installation. Team was well organised and went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived on time and was working well. Delighted with my new tub. Thanks guys!

From the minute we walked into the shop , until the minute they left after the install they were great, Harry came and did a survey on his day off to see if the tub would fit and not require a crane. I was unsure but true to his word it fitted round the side of the house. Not and easy job as we are on a gradient but they made it look easy. Ben did the install and commissioning and was a really nice guy. Friendly, chatty and answered all our questions. Got a good deal on the tub, looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

Taken The Plunge (No Pun Intended)Well overall very pleased with our Wellis Kilimanjaro Spa, everything from order through to delivery went well, we have had a few teething issues however these have led me to review as I think we all agree when things go wrong its how they get resolved & personally couldn’t fault the guys at Worthing Wellis who go out there way to ensure the customer is happy & everything that is needed to is corrected.Wouldn’t hesitate to use the team at Worthing again & confident our spa with serve us well for the future & assured if it doesn’t the helpful team will be there to step in.

Amazing customer service! From order to install Wellis Sussex have been soooo good. Aaron was really helpful in making our decision as to which hot tub to order. Ben and Troy were so professional and knowledgeable. Hot tub looks incredible and although it took us a year to decide where to buy from, we now know that we made the perfect decision. Love the hot tub, but to be fair, love the Wellis team who made it happen!! Thank u all x

I purchased a hot tub at the beginning of the year from a well known supplier to Costco. It arrived in the summer had leaks and was made in China. (poor quality and still cosy £8K) Got a refund and went straight to Wellis Worthing. Aaron was so helpful in selecting the perfect hot tub, the family enjoyed the experience in store. Finally as a family we felt relaxed with the process starting again and was happy to wait the 4mths for delivery. Was kept in touch regarding lead times and when contacting the store to ask questions, was answered with ease and confidence. Malaga Standard arrived yesterday and was impressed by the install and especially the knowledge of Ben. He helped make sure the process was smooth and the training was made easy for beginners. I have other family members also wanting a new Hot tub and will make sure they purchase from Wellis Worthing.

Wellis Sussex (Worthing Hot Tubs) - Wellis Myline MercuryWe purchased our tub in May 2019 and had it delivered a short time afterwards. Due to building work we were unable to commission it until June which was done without any fuss.Fast forward about three years to July 2022 and one of our pumps developed a fault so we contacted the office and they attempted to deal with it as a Warranty item but unfortunately it was just outside of 3 years so we paid for a replacement at a modest cost and again this was carried out quickly and without any fuss.Last month (23 March 2023) I drained the tub after a 90 day cycle and discovered some hairline cracks in the case. I contacted the office and they asked for some pics which I sent over. Less than 24 hours later they confirmed that the 10 year casing warranty would cover the defect and that Wellis in Hungary had a replacement unit available for delivery the next week, albeit in a slightly different colour scheme - grey cabinet with pearl white casing as opposed to grey and sterling white as per our original. No great shakes, so we said “yes please” and Matt at Wellis Sussex arranged a date to suit us as we were away on holiday the following week, just before Easter.Today (17 April 2023) Stewart turned up with the new tub at about 8:30am and disconnected our old unit and at 9am the crane turned up, dropped the new tub onto our back garden and removed the old one. Stewart then completed the install and commission, even helped to sweep our patio before putting the tub in its final position with a little help from Harry & Co from the office. Our replacement pump from last year has already been returned to us as a spare and the existing cover received a refurb with vinyl treatment which was also added to the cabinet - so now it all looks immaculate.As you can imagine, we are absolutely delighted by the service and attention to detail. The product is great, and I knew that when I first bought it, but you can never really tell whether a company is decent until things go wrong and they have to solve a problem. In this respect, I cannot rate or recommend Wellis Sussex highly enough. They have been absolutely tremendous to deal with from the outset - all the staff have been so friendly, polite & helpful, and the fitters so clean & tidy going about their work, leaving no mess nor packaging. Really impressive.First class.5 stars.Thank you!

From the customer service to the installation and the quality of the hot tub itself, we are extremely satisfied with our purchase. Also great after-sales care team.We received our brand new hot tub from Wellis just in time for the bank holiday and it was the best thing about the weekend.I highly recommend using Wellis Sussex.
