Superb save the day emergency bike repair - when all other local shops were saying “a few weeks, maybe new parts and a service”, Goku Cycles fixed my headset issue in a few hours for a very reasonable price. Could not recommend them more highly, I’ll be using them as much as possible from now on.

Great Service and prices. Love supporting independent brands and we had heard nothing but good things about Goku. We both opted for their Steel framed bikes one single speed and one geared with variations between. Both bikes ride smoothly and look beautiful. For ladies I'd advise getting a new saddle thats more cushioned if you usually struggle with pain, but otherwise the bikes are great. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Have used the team at Goku a couple of times when I don't have the skills to fix my bike(s) myself and it's always a professional job, done exceptionally quickly.Popped in the other day for a small replacement part and was given it for free. Regardless of the inexpensiveness of the part, these small touches give the shop a friendly feel and I will keep me coming back when I need them.

Went into the store no one approached me and I was ready to buy a carbon Wheelset from them as I wanted to SUPPORT a local bike store but I was so upset after waiting for a long time . I decided to leave and buy my wheels from hunt online instead.

I've been coming to Goku for a few years now and Jay and the team have always been incredibly professional, responsive and friendly. It's always a pleasure to get your bike serviced here unlike so many other places I've experienced. I recently purchased one of Goku's single speed bikes which has worked an absolute wonder and is definitely one of the best investments if you commute on your bike regularly. I would highly recommend Goku to anyone, they will be able to sort out anything from minor alterations to major repairs on any type of bike.

Fast customer service at affordable prices!!! I purchased my bike in December 2015, its been a brilliant and super durable for my daily commute since then. Today I took it back for some maintenance and they got my bike back to me the same day, amazing service!!!!!!! I'm happily going to purchase my next commuter bike from them. Cant recommend these guys enough if you need maintenance done or a new bike.
