Called a “Fucking Liar” in his words and told to get a life.Simple case of missing food - tried to avoid going down the reporting route as that only provides a refund in credit and does not re-deliver my food or cover cost of delivery fees.On calling the restaurant I was met rudely by a staff member who sounded quite fed up, he then fobbed me off onto the manager, an even ruder human being who shouted at me something about having CCTV and that it sounds like a me problem.I only asked if they was able to help, I didn’t expect to be called a “Fucking Liar” in his words and told to get a life.Foods decent though.

Over from NZ originally from London had cod and chips, now realise how much I miss fish and chips and this chip shop is no exception great cod and chips.Highly recommended AA+++

Order from Just Eat. at the time the food was meant to arrive the app said driver was at the restaurant and order would be late. 5 minutes later they cancel the order altogether. Not going to order from there again.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a very large order and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely definitely come back. Chips are amazing!

Great food great service as I am semi disabled I could not access the building but the manager brought me out a chair for while I was waiting for my order and couldn't of been more helpful means a lot

My order of fish and chips was missing the chips. Deliveroo felt it acceptable to refund the chips and close the case, rather than send correct order. This means I paid over £18 for the delivery of fish. Restaurant didn't answer the phone nor reply to my message to them about this. Disappointed and won't be ordering again from them.

Awful service, staff was so rude - it was our first time there and last time unfortunately. We were asking simple questions about the fish and sausage and the staff which seemed like the owner/manager had a lot of attitude and was being rude about the questions we asked. We ordered fish and chips as our local fish and chip shop was shut for the day & it was not tasty.

We came back about a month ago and had 6 portions of fish and chips. 10/10 we’ve come back again tonight as it was so good last time and again 10/10. It’s now under new management and it’s made a difference, definitely go back and give it another go! Great portions, perfectly crispy fish and lovely golden chips! Great service too! We will be back again.
