I have been using Fika Co-Living Ltd for my HMO properties for over a year. Much to my dismay since covid started I have often been locked out of the country, thank goodness I had Sam to help me.During this time of covid chaos, especially when I was out of the country, I only had him to sort out my problems. Never once did he let me down. At all times he was prompt, courteous and on the case; no matter what time of the day. I could always depend on him to deal with any ussue that arose, at times even on weekends.I have dealt with other management agencies but they have not been as prompt and committed as Sam. FIKA are very fairly priced and are very good at tailoring their services to your needs.Definitly the best management company I have used so far.

FIKA Co-Living is the best HMO management company I came across so far. Sam and Natalie are honest, very professional, responsive and very quick to act and resolve issues.One of our tenants wake up in the morning to a wet wall after a stormy night, at 9am Sam informed me about the situation in my HMO, by 1pm a roofer has attended and fix the issue, absolutely amazing!!! Couldn't ask for better response.I highly recommend FIKA for you HMO needs.
