I used Ian and his team to clear my Dad’s bungalow. He had so much stuff I thought it would take them all night. But they had it done really quickly and efficiently. They left it in a really good condition to hand back to the Council. Took care of disconnecting the gas cooker too which other firms would not do. Very friendly and took pride in their work. Also reasonably priced. They made the whole experience easy and took a weight off my mind. You can trust them to do a great job. I can’t praise them highly enough.

The team came in July to undertake clearance of my late parents’ garden in Kidderminster, which included removing rubbish accumulated over 50 years from three sheds, a greenhouse and carport, as well as dismantling and removing one of the sheds.After initial contact via email, Ian and Clare came round to look at what needed doing and gave me a quote for the work, which they estimated would take one or two days. They were accompanied on the first day by Chris and Mick, and I was very impressed by how hard everyone worked and how much they managed to clear in just a single day. Unfortunately, once Ian and Clare started clearing the carport with Mick on the second day, they found a load of split and set bags of concrete and had to dig everything out by hand. They did not ask for any further payment despite this causing them an additional day’s work, and they kept me updated on progress throughout.As a woman living on my own, I was a little apprehensive before they arrived, but felt relaxed by Clare’s presence. The whole team were extremely quiet (which from experience of other workmen is not very usual), and they were very efficient. They let me know when they were going off-site (for lunch or to take their van to the tip) and, once they had finished with each section of the garden, they got me to have a look to check that I was happy with their work before moving on to the next area.A hard working and friendly family-run team – I cannot recommend them enough.
