Staff were very ignorant and not very helpful at all! I’m not from these ends. It made me feel very uncomfortable, unwelcome and out of place.

Fantastic staff. A special mention to Sam who has always been a favourite with my dog Bodhi! She’s an absolute star ⭐️ and will happily look after him when I shop. He loves visiting the store when we’re in Wells! A great store.

Same prices as you would expect to pay anywhere , if you're buying something that has an offer make sure that offer goes through at the till , I'm sure what I bought didn't , but thats my fault for not checking !!

Best value in Wells Next the Sea. No loyalty membership nonsense, just very fair prices. As an independent retailer they sell many co-op goods cheaper than the local co-op.
