Raised an invoice 7 months later, where no charges were previously discussed, for a handful of brief calls, couple of two-line emails and two 'site visits' that were a 5 minute walk away. In total, I would estimate not more than an hour's work, if that. Tried to charge over £350 and then reduced it to just under £300 after a complaint. Very unprofessional.

Recommended by another surveyor. Completed a really comprehensive and well balanced structural assessment of the property. Clearly experienced and knows his stuff.
