Sat 15th July 6:45pm - 6:50pm.Shop closing time, as advertised 7pm.Spent sometime shopping, paid for my shopping then FOUND I could NOT leave.I had been LOCKED IN with other customers WITHOUT CONSENT!Had to wait for a staff member to SLOWLY RELEASE the SCREECHY SHUTTERS in order to leave the shop. Had I realised I'd been locked in, prior to paying, you'd have lost a sale. This kind of thing is worrying, apart from closing the store early, locking customers in WITHOUT WARNING OR CONSENT is unbelievable. This is NOT how a store should manage its customers fifteen minutes BEFORE CLOSING TIME!
