You were always one step ahead in all the funeral arrangements and your guidance and experience were really reassuring. We felt right from the start we were in good hands, and really appreciated your warmth and professionalism. Our heartfelt thanks for making all the difference.

In the most challenging moments, JH Kenyon was on our side. They are very experienced staff and have human kindness throughout the entire process. Nabeela and her team are considerate, skilled, and adorable. JH Kenyon's job was undoubtedly immaculate, and we will never forget their support and courtesy.

Kenyon's provided an excellent, efficient, kind and caring service from start to finish. Nabeela (the funeral arranger) is superb at what she does - guiding us sensitively through the process every step of the way and giving helpful advice. She encouraged us to lead our mother's funeral service ourselves which we wanted to do and are very glad we did. On the day it could not have gone better. From the moment that we contacted Kenyons, and then met with Nabeela and Monica, they were amazing. They attended to every detail with perfection and made it all feel so very easy for us at every stage. I am in awe of their professionalism and customer care – role models for how to do it, in every way.Philip Smyth was also wonderful and managed everything at the Crematorium with perfection and style. He deserves our heartfelt thanks. His demeanour throughout was immaculate and he could not have been easier to work with and yet kept us all to task and in order in the most charming way. I so enjoyed meeting with him – despite the occasion.Overall, Kenyons were incrediible and I have nothing but praise and gratitude. They transformed a very sad process into a memorable and fitting farewell for my father and we will never forget it.
