The store is adhering to government guidelines, staff and customers are wearing masks (I go in nearly every day and have never seen anyone without a mask). Social distancing is observed, the store is clean and stocked regularly and the staff are friendly and helpful a pleasure to shop there.

Nice friendly staff, especially those in the bakery! Great to grab a quick lunch and normally not much of a queue. Would avoid around 15:35 when the school turfs out though.

I found the security guard who was working this afternoon (5th July) incredibly rude. I did not appreciate being glared at when I entered the store, and being made to feel as if I was doing something wrong. If a security guard is supposed to make the community feel safer, then on this occasion the opposite was achieved.

I have been using this branch for a few years now and the shop is always clean, All the staff are wonderful and always help you if needed. As a disabled customer this is most appreciated. The staff make this a safe and pleasant environment to shop,I highly recommend x

We moved just down the road about a year and a half ago. So this is now our most local shop for essentials, especially when you need to pop out for something you forgot.I will say that since I've moved here, and having popped in quite frequently, I have not once had any negative interaction with a member of staff. On the contrary everyone is very friendly and helpful.I will add that they do amazing reductions on items approaching their sell by date. They are way better than reductions at other stores I've seen.My only complaint - which is about coop as a whole and nothing to do with this particular store - is that some items (when not reduced at the above mentioned amazing rate) can be quite expensive compared to other supermarkets.

I popped in new year's Day for basics, for the first time in a couple of months.. I was quite shocked to find that the previously high standards to manage potential covid transmission had evidently slipped. I'd previously found this store to be one of the best through the early pandemic and it felt safe and well run. Today it looked like we were in tier 1 rather than 4. Whereas there was previously security on the door actively managing store numbers there was now none and the vast majority of customers had no masks on. There was no active one way, I grabbed what I needed and got out fast. I won't be going back for a while.. I get that we're all under pressure etc but why let standards slip.?

No monitoring of numbers in the shop. Spotted 2 people without masks.checkout person said she was not allowed to challenge them. I felt unsafe and won't visit again.Sainsburys seems much more Covid compliant.I

The door says you must wear a mask, but 3 customers (of the 5 I saw) weren't wearing masks and nether were a lot of staff. The guard was only stopping non Asian people from entering without masks but letting Asians in with only a half asked well remember to bring it next time" I will be writing to head office as this is unacceptable as you are on the other side of the road to a housing complex for those who are vulnerable as well as having 2 behind your shop as well."
