I asked for one custom bouquet and a Christmas themed bouquet and was exceptionally impressed with the result!After giving staff my chosen wrapping paper for one bouquet, I asked to match the colours of the flowers to the design; they were more than happy to and very accomidating.Delivery was only a small fee on Christmas Eve, and the Bouquets were in perfect condition.I would highly recommend Susans Flowers to anyone and will definitely be using their services again.

Needed to send flowers for a wedding I couldn't attend as i live 4 hours away, stupidly left it until the last minute. It was pleasure speaking to them, they suggested a beautiful hand tied, and said they could even deliver same day, which I chose.Awesome service and a stunning bouquet. Thank you so much for being so fabulous!

Susan’s made the most beautiful funeral tribute for my mum. It was the best floral tribute I’ve ever had. The florist did exactly what I asked for and it took my breath away when I saw it. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Received an orchid as a gift from my MIL for my birthday. The delivery and packaging were beautifully presented-10/10. One of the only florists left in town. Always have lovely window displays.

Flowers are very nice but not value for money, I expected more for £50. I ordered bouquets for 3 different occasions over a 12 day period, 2 of which were needed to be an AM delivery and I was told when ordering they would be, neither made it but the 3rd that were at any time were delivered AM. I didn't specify which flower to use but asked for them to different. All 3 were pretty much the same.
