Poor company to work for disgraceful

I’ve used these guys a few times now and the service I’ve had is great, Tom Smyth on the tech side knows his stuff.

Took out a 5 year printer and toner contract 3 years in our printer fax and copier packs up out of warranty they refused to replace it and left us without a printer and refused to supply us with anymore cartridges for all our printers they had supplied saying that the contract they Drew up was not cost affective for them anymore to maintain this cost us over £8000 for the 5 years and after 3 years left us with over £3000 to pay there finance company back with no printer for one department and no cartridges for any printers we had from them avoid this company total crooks

Great supplier of IT

This company are scam artists. I recently bought a Mac book from them in the understanding it was new. Firstly the battery wasn’t working. Secondly the Mac book turned out to be a 2008 version which I could not update therefore not use any applications. They are refusing to give any sort of refund. This was bought as a Christmas present and I am now just being told I cannot get it sorted. So basically I have a paperweight.**Can everyone please share this**
