Just taken delivery of our second Tucson. We have taken the plunge and gone hybrid. Shout out to the sales team and in particular Alfie who is so easy to get along with, is patient and understanding whilst we made up our minds. The team went out their way to source the car we wanted in the right colour and spec.Very pleased with the car and the sales experience.Highly recommended.If I could give 11 out of 10 for the experience I would.

Really very nice dealership. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. John Cowell who helped me choose the car, was very knowledgeable and kept me informed all the way through the process from start to when I picked up the car. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Really a very good experience at Read.

Excellent dealership. Car had a battery fault (boot battery) AA had to find a garage and my local dealership couldnt take the car for over a month. Read was able to take the car wed and look at it on the friday and also fixed the fault same day. Good customer service kept me informed. Highly recommend shame it's not more local for me

I've been to Hyundai in both Nottingham and Mansfield previously, where I've had issues. Worksop Hyundai was a much better experience with less hassle and much more efficient. The complementary valeting at Worksop was much better than at both the other two where the car interior was often worse than when it went in. I'll be using Worksop Hyundai in future.

3 years ago I needed a car. Quickly.Hyundai were happy to help and I’ve not been anything amazed with how reliable the car was. Three years down the line it’s time to trade in, I shopped about a bit but came back to Hyundai as they offered a great deal and Russell has provided an excellent personalised service.I’ve been lucky enough that he found me an amazing car with everything and more we wanted. I know as well the car will be as reliable and should I need anything I can rely on the team to provide the support I require.Thanks for a great service and amazing car.. see you in a few years for another ! :)
