We care! (About your money not your family member) very poor management team. There's a reason why st annes are constantly in need of staff. You're either worn down to the point you see nothing wrong with the standard or care, or you leave in hopes to never experience the lack of moral practice. I would honestly rather off myself than grow old and experience years in st annes. There's been great carers in the past but unfortunately the bad far out stands the good. St annes are very good at putting up a show to make their home seem suitable but that is far from the truth. Surprised they weren't shut down years ago! I hope the stagnated staff see this and maybe suggest a career change to McDonald's or something. The good staff know who they are.

Been there for visiting my partner’s mum. Nice n cosy place. They arranged everything very well. From the main door to the person room, they guide u, by booking the meeting, they let u in after Covid test, all the staff members seems nice n cool. They always there for help. Seems they r short of staff n need to have more staff for that big nursing home. Love the garden at the back, quiet n calm place. Over all I got it right.

St. Anne's Nursing Home
I have to say that St Anne’s Nursing Home is one of the nicest care homes I have been in, and am happy to place my relative in.The staff are always polite, friendly and have the best interests of all the residents at all times making sure that they are well looked after and comfortable.I can only praise the management who do a fantastic job to the best of their ability despite going through some really tough and challenging times. The regular activities are always well planned, entertaining and enjoyed by all. This home is warm, friendly and welcoming and feel that it is such a shame when negative posts are purely a reflection of disgruntled staff members that have not been up to the high standards required by the home. Unfortunately it’s far too easy to jeopardise the great reputation of this home by bad mouthing it as a way of revenge and in the satisfaction any disgruntled staff.Thank you to all the staff who do a fantastic job!

I am so impressed with the care my Nan is receiving at St Anne’s Nursing Home. The management and staff are professional, approachable and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure that my Nan is safe, happy and comfortable.I visit regularly and find the home to be clean and tidy, with staff welcoming and attentive. They are very kind, gentle and caring with my Nan and always engage her in conversation which is lovely as it makes her feel very much a member of the ‘St Anne’s family’. My Nan thoroughly enjoys the food, where snacks are served morning and afternoon with choices for all home cooked meals and desserts. There are many activities on offer for all the residents to participate in and there is also a beautiful safe garden with lovely flowers, a pagoda and many seating areas. The summer fete last weekend was great, there was a singer and bbq.Knowing that my Nan is receiving the best care puts my mind at ease. This home definitely deserves its 5 stars.

St. Anne's Nursing Home
Shocking care/nursing home. Constantly leave their residents needing the toilet or in soiled pads, if they’re short staffed and don’t have time for “their afternoon snacks” they will just skip them and say tea time is soon anyway, the residents constantly have bruises and marks on them. They only ever have agency staff(different every day) who don’t have a clue what they are doing. Very very poor management and very rude. Not professional at all. There is dirty laundry and pads left on the floor in their hallways, spillages are left uncleaned(giving the resident more of a chance to fall). No activities are done with these poor residents, they are just sat there all day bored out of their minds and get shouted at for saying ANYTHING! They give up on their residents so easy. Vile place that’s why there is NO GOOD CARERS left there or they are all releasing how much neglect happens in there.

St. Anne's Nursing Home
this is genuinely one of the most abusive places i have ever seen. i worked here for a short amount of time and what i saw whilst there shocked me. residents are left sat in spoiled pads all day, they sit in the lounge for 12-14 hours with no stimulation, some staff members are so heavy handed that they leave bruises on the people they’re meant to be caring for. the managers are so insensitive to their staff. i was meant to get manual handling training but never received it. even then, i was expected to try and change or lift people double my size.

I'm pleased with all aspects of this care home.St Anne's has an Amazing activity team, and skilled care staff. The home delivers good quality of care and focus on residents wellbeing. There are often reports of neglect or mistreatment in care homes, but I have no doubts whatsoever that this is not applicable at St Anne's and I'm so grateful for all staff and management team.
