These guys are incredible! They go above and beyond for their customers. I've been using JB Event Hire for a couple of years now. They couldn't be more accommodating when we asked for last-minute additions and just overall great service. Highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing service from start to finish. The tent was delivered and set up for us, with the beds, bedding, lights etc. The nights spent in the tent were comfortable, warm and cosy (despite heavy rain during one of the nights). At the end of our hire period, everything was quickly dismantled and packed away. James was friendly and very helpful throughout. We will definitely be hiring from him again and would thoroughly recommend.

James went above and beyond to help make my SIL's hen fest a roaring success. The beds were super comfy and all the little extras provided like the hen tattoos were loved by all the girls. The festoon lighting gave a brilliant festival vibe in the evening too. The torches were a great added extra, especially for the middle of the night loo trips. If you are looking at glamping JB event hire are you people!

We spoke to James and Mel regarding hiring a hot tub for our stay at Elmbury Cottage. The communication throughout was superb. The tub was in place and ready to use as soon as we arrived, with all the instructions and extra chemicals should we need them. It was a great addition to our stay and used by all, including, kids and grandparents which was great to see. We would definitely use again.

Watching them setting up a whole gazebo and bell tents village at our event yesterday is an example of how a finely tuned engine should be working, and always with a smile ! Amazing 100% recommend JB Hot Tub Hire! James and the team were so friendly.My wife booked a hot tub for my daughters 18th birthday weekend.James arrived as arranged and installed and set up the hot, giving me a very thorough demonstration. This demonstration was backed up by a QR code / website where we could watch the demonstration online.The collection and dismantling of the hot tube was just as smooth as the delivery, no hassles.We will definitely be using JB Event Hire Ltd in the future.Fantastic customer service!
