Contacted Stephen regarding fault with home alarm system, sent one of his engineers out, very professional, system repaired and explained what had been done. Would definitely recommend. Great team.

Stephen came highly recommended. I was moving into a new build property and Stephen spent time talking me through the various options for cctv and was very accommodating on the dates. His pricing was fair and he and his team provided an excellent service. Any issues I’ve had, it’s been no trouble to sort. He and his team and friendly, polite, knowledgable and don’t leave a mess! I feel so much safer in my home having the CCTV. Go Secure also now maintain my alarm. I’m in good hands!

We were recommended to speak to Stephen at Go-Secure Solutions after struggling with no WiFi in our area. We received outstanding service when Stephen and his team installed 4G WiFi and also security cameras. We now have excellent WiFi that is dependable and CCTV that we can access on our phones away from home. Can’t recommend him and his team enough. Stephen is very approachable and always makes time to get back in touch with you promptly. Very professional, no hesitation recommending him to others. After sales service also outstanding. Due to our own fault, we knocked off the WiFi and Stephen responded quickly to have us back online ASAP

Highly recommended by myself, had to give Stephen a call at 6am on a Sunday morning due to my alarm system having a fault and not resetting. Alarm system was due an upgrade and had Stephen come out to disconnect the current system in the meantime. Gave an accurate timescale and was very quick, efficient and friendly.

Stephen is brilliant, very professional and thoughtful. A few years ago, I needed CCTV cameras to gather evidence due to some trouble from some school boys. I called Stephan for the CCTV in a very short notice. After we discussed our situation, Stephen squeezed a slot and installed the cameras the next day for us. Since then, our problems solved and never came back. I would also like to point out that his excellent service doesn't just stop there. He is very approachable. Due to change our broadband supplier, the CCTV need to reset. I called him again. He has no fuss at all even after so many years installation and helped us get the cameras back to work instantly. Overall, I would say his service is absolutely first class.

Fast efficient professional response to our needs. Did exactly what we wanted explaining everything in detail and ensuring our needs were met. No mess and all tidied up afterwards and have since been in contact to ensure no snags or problems with the system. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service - managed to get a spare key to them and they were able to pick it up and fit a security system while I was still abroad on holiday. The communication with Stephen was excellent, taking me through the installation of the app that controls it and how it operates. It certainly allowed us to enjoy the last few days of our break and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company - they really went above and beyond. I'd give more stars if I could!
