This bike shop is well worth the detour if you are not local. Top draw sales and after service of both my mountain bikes and road bikes.Great selection of demo bikes and close to swinley to give them a good test drive.Painlessly sorted out a Sram warranty issue.

Great selection of bikes and cycling equipment explained by knowledgeable staff. The team cycle regularly and can pass on this experience.If you're thinking about an ebike then is the best value hire in the area - we had 24 hours which meant being able to ride a second venue and have time to reflect on the initial experience.

Paul and the team at Mountain Trax have been amazing. Paul in particular went out of his way to help me with my buying my bike, his expertise and customer skills are fantastic. The shop is a real gem, great range of stock, staff who are passionate about riding, understand the product and care about their customers. I can't recommend this shop more highly and a huge thanks to Paul!

Always a great experience with the very knowlegeable team at Mountain Trax - their approach to service is excellent. I cycled by on a lazy Saturday afternoon close to closing time, on the off chance to book a service before a big ride - and whilst finding out there is a bit of a lead time on full services, the mechanics had a 3 minute look-over the bike to reveal no major problems apart from a keo pedal starting to come loose, which they duly sorted out for me. After a short tutorial from Brad on chain wear and care, and a drool around the shop - I decided to splash out on a new (unexpected) bike! Keep up the great service - It's the little things that are the BIG things to your customers.

3 times I’ve used Mountain Trax, and 3 times they've proved their incompetence…from laziness to check a club clothing delivery which needed insistence to check the box meaning I would’ve had to go back twice for that alone…to then ordering the wrong components…and then not following up on a complex but ultimately big payday had they had the competence and ability to follow up on a decent level of customer service…absolutely avoid with a passion. It’s “hit and miss” according to other local cyclists. I would say give it a big MISS.

I have shopped at Mountain Trax for at least 7 years now. The service has always been fantastic from Chris and the team. I have never felt pressured into buying anything. Their knowledge is unrivalled, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. The brands of bike they stock are excellent. And the demo scheme is great, as being able to try a range of bikes to work out what is best for you is invaluable.

Just been to Mountain Trax for a last minute fix. The staff and services were amazing, first class, nothing to much trouble. Even dropped me and my bike back as it was dark and I had no light. That's what you call going the extra mile. First class

I have always purchased and had all my road and mountain bikes serviced at Mountain Trax, I don't think you could get better customer service. Paul is no1 for customer service.Great Service great shop.
