I found one of my inlet manifold rocker covers had cracked and this made my car go into a restricted performance mode.I rang up, explained the issue and received an emailed quote in less than 30 minutes. This quote was the cheapest of three, one was more than double!!!I can’t fault the quality of workmanship.The contactless key drop off / collection was effortless. A great plus for anyone working outside of the garage’s opening hours so you can collect your vehicle at your own convenience.The garage had excellent communication, keeping me updated via text as the repairs were nearing completion and sent over the payment link. Friendly, helpful and hassle free. Yes I would recommend them.

Fab, no issues what so ever. Booked the service, MOT and re-gas through Groupon. Dropped car off at 8,30 am as told and scanned the QR code onto the key locker, put it in and closed door. Checks carried out, was sent video showing the vehicle and having already done the brakes and pads, tyres etc recently they informed me that the only extra charge of £72 would be for the filters and extra fluid changes(prob an extra not needed but I get it as they are trying to earn a few extra pounds as they are miles cheaper than any of the main car dealers/outlets) paid the extra online and then got a text at 16.30 that car was ready with another QR code to collect. Inside was all the paperwork MOT and all other proof was on the email and app etc.Overall very happy with the service from KIS and I will use again and this I add was our 4th year of using them

Had a Groupon voucher for a service, MOT and regas at this garage.First day they took 5 hours just to MOT and regas and then said they are running out of time and come back another day for service.On service day - I have requested them to change air filter and pollen filter as well (i have provided parts).Total time they take for service (paid via groupon) and two filter change was 40 minutes and charge me extra 53.96 pounds just to change filters.On checking they said they need to charge 0.6 hours (means 36 minutes) for filter change, so I have to pay 53.96 for 36 minutes, I said to them you have taken total 40 minutes so you took 04 minutes for rest of full service plus 62 points checks on groupon voucher?Receptionist said Boss advised her to charge that and she has to charge me that much, I had no other choice.Will not use this place again, avoid specially if new work required with service or MOT, they are very expensive.

I strongly recommend KIS Autocentres BrightonPaul, I hope you're reading this.I wanted to share how grateful and satisfied I am wit today's service I received. Specifically:- the text message service, key drop in boxes and the whole integration of technology is very efficient and innovative - I like it- the photo and especially video summary of the outstanding issues (as well as the link where you can accept/decline extra work) is just next level. I've never experienced anything lke this and I'm super impressed- The ladies in reception were pleasant, friendly and helpful- Most of all, huge credit goes to Haydin my mechanic. He truly went above and beyond in any way he could. He was genuine, friendly, gave me great advice and recommendation, answered all of my questions, quick and efficient. He is a great asset to the team and I wish all mechanics were like him.Thank you all - I will return 100%

Had a Groupon voucher for a service at this place. Completely unprofessional!I called after my car had been with them 6 hours and I was told it was being worked on currently. Arrived an hour later and was told it hadn't been done yet. I had to wait an hour, then 30 mins before they closed the moved my car and began to service it. 17 minutes later, the 62 point service was done. Complete waste of time.

Absolutely brilliant service i received from this garage!Reception staff are very polite and friendly, the mechanics know exactly what they are doing and the manager goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave happy,We will most certainly be going back in the future

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Appalling Communication!Our car broke down with a timing chain failure and they were recommended by the RAC who towed us there. Since then it has been nothing short of a disaster! They initially took 3 weeks to fix it. No courtesy car, and the communication was appalling. They promise to call you back but never do, so you are left to call them again and again only for them to give empty promises of let me check and get back to you".We then get our car back

Had a service done at their Brighton branch and a few weeks later started getting a 'Brake system fault' on my dash. Took it to my Renault dealer - who charge a fixed £180 for brake issues plus parts - and was told the issue was there was no brake fluid! So much for your 'service' - you didn't even check my brake fluid and now I'm £180 out of pocket, not to mention the inconvenience of driving an hour to the Renault dealership. Kis Autocentres can kiss my a__e!

Top notch service from the crew there, especially Mr Richards who done a superb thorough mot test on my transit. I needed a few new bulbs and they didn't even charge me for them. Would recommend

Went to this place with my Vauxhall vivaro, they had it for nearly a month, cost me near £2000 for the work to be done and when they eventually said it was ready I took the van and it still wasn’t working. They said I needed a new turbo and injectors, I phoned them up asking for receipts on said parts but they never got back to me. Essentially ripped me off for nearly £2000 and they took nearly a month. If I could give 0 stars I would. This lot are clowns do not use them
