The company works but how nobody knows how. The production manager has no formal training in management. The work force run the shop floor. I can understand why boards are manufactured in China and sold in the UK. As jaltek in the market of manufacturing don't manufacture to the quality of Chinese or Japanese boards. 100% of the manufacturing staff have no electronic qualification. Work environment is cold in the winter ( bring your own heater) hot in the summer. Very poor planning as there is always a mad rush on get thing out the door for EOM. If they offer less than £15per hour don't take the job.
