I just had breakfast at Costa West Drayton. They prepare a truly lovely and frothy cappuccino (the medium size designation doesn't do it justice), and the pork sausage bap was stodgy. Free WiFi seems to attract laptop workers here, and why not. Very recommendable!

The young women who work here are very pleasant, well presented and go above - making your morning tea/ coffee or break welcoming.Even with the slight price increase, I'll continue to frequent this Costa Coffee because of their approach.

Roberta was very patient and friendly towards our group and took time to fully understand the needs of her customers. Service was high-quality and the large order was received in a timely manner. 10/10

We were told this Costa was not pet friendly by a staff member when we took our order and sat in one of the tables. Asked how so and they told us that each franchise can make their own rules.Coffee was not great either. I ordered black Americano and it was a washed out version. Will not go again.

I went in there today and saw one of the most beautiful woman I’d ever seen in my life working there. So beautiful i wanna come again just to admire her beauty one more time . And the coffee and food was great too. It probably tasted better because it was made by someone so beautiful.

The baristas are amazing. They are great at creating on the fly drinks that are amazingly in terms of taste and texture be it coffee or tea. However, the biggest problem still remains the price. £4.80 for a frappe is too expensive. Ending buying a Nespresso with my own very good ingredients and I will probably end up cheaper after two months of coffee.

This was my first visit to the Costa Coffee chain near West Drayton Station in West London. Quite a small entrance on arriving, with two members of staff behind the counter. This counter was quite long and displayed all the usual Brand offering. Passing by the counter you come to a small seating area with a mix of options - table and chairs for 2 or 4; armchairs and settees; bench seating along one wall. Service was interesting, my Brother opting for a small cappuccino and me a medium coffee frappe. The server asked me if I wanted mine in a rather small glass or in the more usual plastic domed container. Size wise, the glass was too small. We opted just for drinks. That apart, service was effective and we moved to the back area. Two separate people occupied tables and looked as if they were doing work, using a laptop and going through sheaves of papers. The four of us then comprised the clientele at that time. It did not appear that the staff had been rushed off their feet, yet three or four tables had obviously been used, and had not been cleared or cleaned. My brother headed off to the toilet, which turned out to be two toilets. Once he returned to our table, I went, unknowingly selecting the other one and inside, it was apparent that it had not been cleaned or inspected for a while, with a patchy wet floor and toilet paper discarded away from the toilet. A very interesting feature was the time controlled, am guessing motion sensor about twenty seconds before being in total darkness. Flapping of an arm resulted in the light coming on again for another twenty seconds. Hand washing was achieved with very cool water and a small amount of hand wash. Walls must have got wet as arm flailing was necessary to keep the light on. The hand dryer offered something akin to a jet engine with a blue light, maybe trying to convince you that it had some antibacterial properties. Returning to our table, my Brother enquired how I had found it, then comparing notes it was the same for both of us. Our train back to London Paddington was calling so we gathered our things and left. Would I go back, No and this branch has been added to my 'Avoid at all costs' list.
