The Chelsea Health Club & Spa

Used a travelzoo voucher to book a spa experience for myself and two daughters as my it was my eldest daughter’s birthday. There was a complete mix up with us having received email confirmation of three treatments each. When we arrived on the day it was clear that we only had one treatment each. The manager was very apologetic but understandably couldn’t offer additional treatments as their schedule didn’t allow . He did offer to send us a compliment spa experience. That was two days ago and I have not received anything, not even a written apology which I think is very poor.

Had a fantastic spa day experience at the Antara Spa in Chelsea Health Club which is situated within the grounds of Chelsea Football Club. Very good staff from the those on reception to the therapist who were superb. Huge changing room with lockers that were combination code (so much easier than having to find a £1 coin). Jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, steam and cold plunge pool were available. Multiple showers, towels and water available to drink. Lunch menu is small but delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and only knocked off a point because robes and slippers were not provided when we were under the impression that they would be. Just take your own flip flops with you. Avoid match days too! It was a non match day when we went at the end of Jan 2022.

Great facilities and nice food, we booked a spa day with massages but the therapist had to cancel. They let us know in advance and told us to go have lunch and use the facilities for free and rebook our spa day. Lovely staff

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Lovely staff and great therapist who did an excellent massage & facial. Use of facilities included in my spa deal included large swimming pool, sauna, robe, towels etc. Spotlessly clean and not busy. 4 stars because of the following: no pre-treatment medical sheet, treatment room was chilly and massage bedhead was by the door plus during these Covid times, I'd prefer a therapist to wear a mask. (Cafe food was great quality but the coffee cups have ridiculously tiny handles: great coffee, badly designed cups. Maybe folk in Chelsea have thin fingers?!)

Roberto made our visit to the Antara spa at Chelsea Health club a few months ago a fantastic experience. We were a group of three and each of us had tailored massages which we enjoyed immensely. I would definitely recommend the spa. The pool was bigger than expected and clean and the other facilities were great too Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi etc

My most favourite fitness facility in Fulham.Highly recommended contrast procedures with the sauna, plunge pool and steam bath.

So I have not personally visited the spa on account of their staff and their inability to book in. I was given Spa vouchers and this may or may not have had something to do with the treatment I received. When calling through to main reception Max was helpful however the Spa staff failed to call me back on more than one occasion. When I spoke to someone at Spabreaks they informed me only a morning appointment was available. However after speaking to Max it appears they had some afternoon availability.Based on my experience I would not go to this spa or recommend it. I was able to book a Mayfair based spa in a matter of minutes. And guess what the staff conducted themselves in a way that made you feel welcome to enjoy the facilities.

I booked this Spa months in advance using a Spa breaks voucher for this Spa. I brought it at Christmas. Thinking I would be good and support badly effected businesses. First they only gave me limited dates, which wasn't on the voucher. The reception was incredibly rude. I should have known then... At the last minute they cancelled. I checked and Spa is open. They didn't offer any reason. They simple don't want to honour the voucher. They told me to speak to Spa Breaks to get a refund. SPA breaks then refused a refund. This is a Scam. I also checked on line and they are still selling vouchers. Be warned Don't book this Spa

Definitely the best health club, fitness and Spa in the Chelsea and Fulham neighborhood.As a member you feel like a VIP as the club is not too full, you have as many as fresh towels as you want, GHD straighteners, makeup remover at your disposal…The facilities are great and the swimming pool is really amazing!The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are great too!The staff is really welcoming, especially Jake.I really recommend this fitness club.

Booked a couples package with spa seekers and was treated by Roberto and Ana Maria. It was the most relaxing, professional and romantic treatment we’ve had. Totally recommend and will be back for a second session!
