We are so grateful that we found Kai. Not only is his door to door service extremely convenient, but he is also such a warm and decent person. He has helped us with our car issues a number of times and you always feel like he really cares when he offers advice. His rates are so affordable compared to any other garage we've worked with in the area. Highly recommend!!

Recently, I booked a full service with McKenzie Repairs Ltd. Frankly, speaking it's the best car service I've ever had. I had a mechanic named Kai, who did a service at our place. The service was provided within a reasonable time. He's experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly, he knows his job very well. In the end, he gave me a few tips and advice about the serviced car. Moreover, he checked my other car Volkswagen which is a non-runner due to an unknown problem, basically, it just won't start. I had another mechanic before Kai who spent all day (8 hours) looking at Volkswagen and could not identify the issue. But, Kai in a matter of 10 minutes told me what the issue was with Volkswagen. Kai is a professional mechanic, I would use his services again without a doubt.

McKenzie Repairs are amazing. We've used them about 4 times now, for air conditioning, new tyres, new battery, and today a full service and MOT.
