I would urge you to read the reviews before purchasing, I wish I had paid more attention to them and was not seduced by Instagram. I ordered a HD lace wig and some hair products at the beginning of August, all arrived two months later despite order processing time of 2 weeks claimed. Subsequent to the 2 weeks I followed up on the whereabouts of my order as I hoped to receive it prior to going on holiday. Most of my emails were ignored but one was responded to and I was told the hair would be ready and dispatched that week (this is after approx 6 weeks). It didn’t arrive for another 2 weeks. The hair finally arrived and from my experience the frontal did not appear to be HD lace, the bundles were also thin, ends were thin and hair looked to be of poor quality - not the standard described. I notified them immediately and I got a fast courteous response citing staffing issues. I was advised that I could send it back for a refund. I sent the hair back tracked and kept the products for use (another mistake of mine). They received the hair but never issued a refund or responded to my emails requesting a refund thereafter. We’re now in November and the saga continues. I’m out £500 but have no wig and there has been no further acknowledgment or response to my emails. In my humble opinion the hair is trash, the customer service is trash and the products aren’t worth the price. Maybe they used to be good, but my experience hasn’t been. I’m annoyed that I’m having to go through the stress of alternative routes to get my money back and I really do hate writing bad reviews for small businesses, but my experience from start to finish has been appalling and I wish someone warned me. All that glitters on social media is not gold.

If you’re thinking of buying from this business, please do yourself a favour and read the negative reviews. I ordered a wig worth £365 on 6th July. According to the website, it would take 3-4 weeks for my item to arrive. 5 weeks later, I hadn’t received my wig so I sent a message on Instagram which was ignored. I sent another few messages and finally got a response. The lady sent a voice message saying she she would look into my order and give me an update. When I didn’t hear back after 24 hours, I sent a message saying if my item wasn’t ready, I wanted a refund. Since then, I’ve been ignored completely. I’ve emailed, sent DMs, no response yet they keep posting on Instagram so I went ahead and left comments asking them to check their DM. All my comments were deleted within a few hours of me commenting yet there was no reply to my dms. It’s now been over 6 weeks and I still don’t have my wig and I’m being completely ignored so I will be claiming my £££ back through my bank!

Wish I read reviews before.Horrible customer service- doesn't reply, doesn't communicate, doesn't send your products, although you have paid the funds. I understand she may run her hair shop efficiently, but the online store is terrible? If you can't ship out items within the time frame stated on your website, then why still operate? It's very scammy and uncomfortable to pay for something then not hear from the seller for weeks while watching them be active on Instagram. I like to support small businesses but this is so unprofessional. You should be ashamed of all the 1 stars you have that state the same issues, you can remove our comments off Instagram, but not here. Please respond to my email or I will take action to have your account removed from Shopify. As customers, we shouldn't have to ask for a reply, this should be the bare minimum of running a store.

I had ordered a wig for a holiday which I was told would come on time but was never sent.I contacted them regarding a refund and I was ignored.As I never received my items, I had no option but to contact my bank.Extremely unprofessional and dishonest business owner.Please avoid.Deletes all comments under Instagram posts pertaining to customers complaining and unhappy about the service.I probably should have searched the business name on Twitter before placing an order.The businesses responses to customers are extremely rude, absolutely shocking and appalling.Please have a look before you think about using this business.

Avoid by all means, I placed an order over 2 months ago, never heard back despite trying to reach out from various platforms, all emails ignored. I simply raised a dispute with my bank and received my funds back, two months later she is challenging the dispute knowing very well the order was never even processed, i wish had actually read the reviews prior to avoid such inconvenience. worst service ever.

Really professional and premium experience in a beautiful and classy salon. Glueless frontal install was really impressive. Stylist Shanice is lovely and patient and really worked with my face to make sure my frontal suits me -ensuring I was comfortable with her work every step of the way. Love my new wig! Definitely recommend.

I have been to the salon twice now in the past year, both times the service has been immaculate!! The quality of the wigs are amazing and their products are like no other. I highly recommend the glueless melt spray to anyone who prefers a quick, easy install as it firmly holds the frontal in place without hassle!
