Very helpful, got what I needed

Had a large cross stitch project in for framing. Didn't seem too helpful and I felt rushed as I wanted to make sure I got the right frame and mount for something I put a lot of work in.The actual framing took much longer than I had previously experienced from other framing companies and, again, I felt my item wasn't of importance.However, when I picked the item up I realised he had covered three rows of stitching, several hours of work plus my name and date stitched onto it. Why did he do that? Extremely thoughtless and unprofessional standard of work.If you have a cross stitch project you want framing then don't bother with this place. Has no understanding of the work put in nor the importance of having a name stitched on to it. I had enough of using him and had another person cut the mount so the hidden work could be seen again.Not cheap either.

I have had several pictures framed here and have been extremely pleased with the results. Great care is taken to ensure that the best combination of mount and frame is chosen and there is also a choice of different glass. Excellelent job.
