Had the most amazing experience here, from before having a terrible experience from another piercer. Bibi done a wonderful job with my navel piercing, she made me feel so comfortable, went through every step carefully with me reassured me through the whole process, I’m so happy with my piercing! If you’re going to pick a piercer I fully recommend coming here! I would definitely come back here for another piercing, Thankyou so much bibi I’m so happy :)

Bibi was absolutely brilliant! Made everything so easy and comfortable. We talked through about certain piercings that might not be able to done because of my anatomy, so you know you’re in good hands as she won’t pierce you just for the money!

Had a few piercings by Bibi and was made to feel completely at ease! I'm not great with needles and Bibi made sure I was relaxed and she talked me through the process and the piercings themselves were quick and not painful! Will 100% go back and recommend to everyone who wants 10/10 service!!

Bibi pierced my septum and was friendly, knowledgable, professional, and hygienic throughout the whole process. This is everything you want/need in a piercer. No nonsense, no frills, no problems. Perfect experience.The piercing room feels clean and spacious and there is a large mirror.Will be coming here in future for any other piercings.Edit: I returned here to get my earlobes pierced by Bibi and had a repeat of this experience. Bibi helped me find the right jewellery and ordered it in for me. The piercing itself took minutes and has been healing excellently.I recommend Bibi to everyone who wants piercings and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Me and my friends decided to get spontaneous piercings, I'd heard good things and was not disappointed! Abi was very professional and let us know what was available as walk in customers. We all had great experiences, she put us totally at ease and we had a lovely time. I am usually a fainter and I wasn't made to feel tense or guilty, and so I didn't faint! I was kept well hydrated and offered sweets which meant I got TWO piercings fine with very little pain. My friends all have gorgeous piercings now too.The shop itself is really well laid out, with a great selection of art and jewellery. I will definitely come back again.

I had my nose pierced and my septum piercing out. Bibi (hope I spelt the name right) was so friendly and chatty and kept making sure I was alright throughout the whole process. 100% the best piercing shop in Colchester. Definitely going to get any more piercing I have done there.

My girlfriend and I decided to do something fun so I got both ears pierced. The whole experience was great. I was talked through the process, shown the health and safety the staff take to ensure that the piercing will heal properly and she was really nice and made us feel welcome.The process of getting the piercing was painless and done professionally and I am pleased to say that they are healing lovely.Thank you guys!!

me and my friend got our noses pierced today, the girls (bibi and abi) had really good service and were very helpful and patient with us. the shop was very clean and the equipment was very sterile. highly recommend! thank you girls x
