Westbrook Vets

I have brought my cats to Westbrook vets since they opened. One of my cats has a longstanding condition and she has been so much better under their care. I would 100% recommend the practice and their whole team.

Our 13 year old bearded collie Daisy is being looked after so well by Rhys and all the nurses . we are so glad we have found such a caring vet especially as she is getting older . Also the reception staff are amazing. Thank you to everyone . Sandra and Tony x

I took the decision a few months ago to change to this veterinary practice it was the best decision I could have made I have visited 3 times now and each time they are very friendly, professional and give the best help and advise and they are happy to spend time with you answering all your questions. They never make you feel rushed, I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Our little girl Paloma puggle recently had an operation on her leg at Westbrook vets, we decided to give it a try because it was local. It was the best thing we ever did the vets and all the staff are amazing very knowledgeable and very friendly and very helpful, nothing seems to be a problem for them. Best vets I have ever been to. Caring, kind, compassionate. Easy to access, easy to make an appointment, never waiting for more than a matter of minutes when you arrive. Super quick updates on test results or progress. Recommend Rhys (as the vet we have consistently seen) without hesitation.

I registered at Westbrook veterinary practice on recommendation after having ongoing problems with my previous vets. My dog Dexter was unwell and I was very stressed.The day I registered I was offered an appointment to see Rhys.I cannot thank the reception staff, nursing staff and Rhys enough for their compassion, skill, and efficiency.Rhys did a thorough examination of Dexter and spent a significant amount of time with me discussing different treatment options, the practice is supposed to close at 6.00pm, I received a call from Rhys after 7.00 pm to say he had received Dexter’s blood results from my previous vets and was making a referral to a specialist for further diagnostic investigations. I received a call the following morning from the hospital to book Dexter in. Thank you so much I know my dogs are now in very good hands

The best team of vets, nurses and reception staff anyone could ever ask for. We were treated as human beings rather than just paying customers. A credit to the animal care industry. Our dog Calla had been very unwell over the last two and a half months. The kindness and expertise of Rhys and Abbie, the veterinary nurses, all of the veterinary assistants, Kelly and the whole reception team, made a really, really difficult time more bearable. Thank you to everyone in the team from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our baby girl right the way up to the end. Anyone with a companion animal in Warrington should consider moving their care to Westbrook Vets. Thank you so, so much.

Since moving to Westbrook Vets from our old practice of 20 years. We as a family was a little apprehensive as our old vets were fantastic, we moved home so we had to change vets. From registering to been seen with our 2 dogs, the whole team in the practice have been amazing. The receptionists are amazing and so friendly. Taking all our needs and wants first hand, very professional with a homely feel

Excellent Vet clinic. We took our 7 month old puppy here, after being a customer at a national chain. The place is much more pleasant to be, the reception staff are friendly and courteous and the veterinary staff are excellent. Their Star Pet Health Plan is excellent value for money! I recommend this veterinary practice.

We've only just joined Westbrook Vets, after 25+ years at a vet which was sadly taken over by a large company. The monthly scheme seems really cost effective & our first visit with our pup was great. Everyone seems lovely & I am looking forward to building a relationship with a vet, rather than seeing a steady stream of different vets, as was happening where I've moved from.
