OK but didnt reply to my last email requesting part for my caravan

I was looking for a fan heater switch for my motor home. They had become obsolete, as it was a 2004 motor home. I came across National Caravan Salvage online. Pete said he had 3 in stock at a good price. I bought one and it was delivered the next day. I fitted it and everything is back to normal. Excellent service and I will defiantly be phoning Pete again and recommend anybody else to do the same.

I needed a Window( large) for my motorhome as mi e had blown out . I rang Dave he was most helpful . He had the window I needed so I drove to North Wales and picked it up. Very very happy with the service Five star

No reply to query after 2 weeks. Waste of time.EDIT - query sent by email, no failure message, I check my spam very regularly, if you had decent customer service you would have replied to my email and not expect me to chase you, so I'm moaning as your service wasted my time and by your own standards say that my email was effectively a waste of time and I should have called you, which of course I can only do during your opening hours. If you had the competence and decency to reply to my email I wouldn't need to moan, but you obviously didn't care enough to do so and clearly only care now that your reputation is at risk. You should be nice to potential customers by replying to their queries!

They were very accommodating in saving an old oven door glass for me and arranging it to be collected. They were really helpful - i would recommend them!

I messaged them on Facebook and was asked to send photographs. I asked if there were any particular things that they wanted photographed, and got no reply. I suspect it may be they don't really do scrap and salvage, or if they do, they want a fee.In reply, (which has now been deleted!!) you did not ask me to email. As my review states, you were contacted on Facebook.

They ask for pictures of requested parts to be sent via email. Done this twice and got no reply.

Just spoken to a very helpful gentleman who couldn't have done more to answer my questions.

Wow what a truly helpful man. Needed a replacement window for an older van and this man went over and above what I expected to help us out. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of spare parts. A truly fabulous service that I would gladly recommend and use again.
