Medway Mobile Mechanics

Phoned yesterday to have my car looked at and said they would come round to look at it at 10. Got to 10 and they never turned up so gave it a hour and called but didn't get any answer kept on trying and tried off my partners phone they answered and said sorry they been busy and soon as they finished loading van they would come round. I then waited another couple hours still nothing rung again no answer rung off partner no answer rung withheld and they answered and said they been rushed off and that they would call when they are on there way to come round. Would not of minded if they had the decency to call and let me know they were going to be late or not turn up at all as I waited in all day for them and if known they was not going to turn up I could of arranged to have another mechanic to look at it.

Turned up late found problem took my money never came back didn't return my calls or messages think what you like..? I think I was to quick to criticise Aran the machanic he was taken ill so I apologise and hope he well soon

Pls don't use this service!!!!He is a conman and a cowboy mobile mechanic. He has disappeared for the last 3wks with my daughter's £160 and the car gasket. He is not picking up our calls and keep disconnecting our calls. He goes around with his young son making himself looks reputable but he is actually an irresponsible and rogue fella!! YOU ARE WARNED!!!!! Stay away from this dubious and fraudster guy!!!!

Was recommended by a family member as being a good mechanic. Enquired about a problem on my heating which after waiting days he finally came out to diagnose and told me he would order the part the very next morning. After texting and waiting to hear back there was nothing until I received a reply on Friday after waiting since June to which we are now in mid August! Told me he would be out at 9am but kept using excuses to why he couldn't come and look and even told me he went to another job instead but I always had to contact him as he never once contacted me to tell me why he wouldn't be there and now is refusing to reply to my messages! Utterly appalling and unprofessional should avoid at andll costs!

Highly recommend this service. Got 4 quotes on a clutch replacement and medway mobile mechanic was cheapest. Friendly service and very happy with how fast job was completed. Being mobile made it very convenient for me as the work was carried out at my work place so didn't have to have anytime off work. Medway mobile mechanic got all parts I needed at a very good price. Even had a phone call couple weeks later to ask if everything was ok. As I said highly recommend this service. Very happy overall
