My big boy Bobby popped in to have his claws clipped and anal glands extracted.I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, proceedures didn't take long and Bobby was a happy boy when he left.Thank you Ian (& team).

My dog, Buddy, had a bad experience with his last groom so there was some making up to do. Luckily, Puppydog has restored our faith. Being a very nervous dog, he was pretty calm when I collected him and his groom looks great. He seems really comfortable. Great service. Thank you!

Took our 2.5yr German Shepherd and she came back as happy as can be, and feels amazing! She was made to feel at ease from the get go during the outside hand-off, and we were given picture and video updates which were great. Really reassuring to see how much care and attention went into her treatment, will 100% use again and recommend!

Ian is awesome, I was a bit nervous as it was my first time taking my pooch to the groomers but Ian has amazing experience and knowledge, put me at ease and the dog looks/smells heavenly ❤️

Amazing!!! My shy, scruffy rescue dog had never been to the groomers before, but she seems to have had a great time at Puppydog! Great, friendly service and good value for money. She's emerged smelling INCREDIBLE (honestly, I can't stop sniffing her!) and looking oh so smart! Brilliant service, and we'll 100% be back before too long! Thank you so much!

Nice haircut but my dog came back with so much perfumes she was irritated and kept scratching her bum on the floor.She didn't want to walk on our way home in the street as she couldn't bare her own smell. She just wanted to roll into dirt to get ride of it. I had to rinse her but the smell took 2 days and a half to go away.A gentle reminder that dog smell 10 000 more time than humans and this is torture for them.Not cool. I expect a dog groomer to know that.
