Tor View

Lovely place with a wonderfull view. The host is very friendly and gives many tips for your stay ob skye. The breakfast is done with love and the room very cozy.

Views from here stunning. Host very knowledgeable and willing to suggest driving routes with places to experience. Our room was very large and faced Portree and Loch.

This is a hidden gem: the house is a little bit off Portree (4min by car), but we loved the quietness in contrast to the crowds of tourists and the loudness of pub visitors. We also loved the talks with our host, a friendly and calm person, who gave us many tips and advices for our visit on Isle of Skye, many thanks. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was brought to our room door, then we enjoyed it while watching the great view over Portree and the landscape. If you like clean and quiet accommodations, love exceptional landscape views, and have no problems driving 4min or have a walk of 20min, then this is a great place to stay. Definetly recommend it.

Everything was perfect!Owner very nice and helpful, he gave us lots of tips about where to visit, the cheapest petrol station...Room is clean and with an excellent view.Really good breakfast.I do recommend!

Murdo was so incredibly helpful from the second we arrived at the B&B! We came to Skye with an itinerary but thanks to his fantastic advice we swapped some things around and got to see everywhere at its best. Murdo’s passion for and knowledge of the island really made our stay extra special.Our room was stunning, with fantastic views from every window! Breakfast was delicious and generous. The B&B has dealt with the current climate exceptionally well, everything COVID compliant.

Fantastic, great breakfast spread, very friendly hosts who told us about activities around and stuff to see on our way back South. Lovely decorated nice rooms.

We fell in love with the Tor View: the accommodations, the owners, the views, and breakfast were perfection. Murdo and Shona went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for the entire trip. What a blessing it would be to visit this special isle and stay at the Tor View again.

Very comfortable accommodation, great breakfasts and probably the best views on Skye. We were lucky enough to visit in glorious weather and the surroundings were simply stunning. You could not wish for a better place to stay.

I would.definitely recommend Tor View B&B. The hosts are local, very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are nice and big with great views. They have a good Covid process - you can collect a great breakfast outside your room each morning - the coffee is fantastic too! It's a 30 minute walk down the hill to Portree town, and a taxi ride is only £5-6 back up.
