1st Call Oil Boiler Services

I can verify why Mike has 5 star reviews. I called him for my elderly mum’s broken down boiler. He was with her within an hour of me talking to him on the phone, got her boiler working after having no heating for five days, phoned me to keep me updated (I live two hours away from her) and was very fairly priced. I hadn’t used Mike’s services before, only coming across him via a Google search but I am so glad I did. We found him to be very professional and friendly and he put both myself and my mum at ease. He comes across as a very genuine, caring and trusting gentleman and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Five stars is not enough for this service, Mike goes way beyond the call of duty. Patient ( he needed to be with my boiler) professional and available at short notice even over the Bank Holiday periods. Incredible and amazing service. Thankyou Mike.

Mike came highly recommended by a neighbour, and I can warmly pass on her recommendation. He made two visits, one to service our boiler and another to replace the motorised valve head. Yes, I learned the name from Mike. He's the sort of technician who likes the householder to know exactly what is going on by indicating what he thinks the problem is, why he thinks this is the case, and how it can be solved. And he's one of those rare repair folk who will prefer to maintain quality older equipment rather than selling new - which is better for the planet and the pocket. As he does the work, he is keen to show what he has done and why, and finishes with a thorough demonstration of the results. Professional and personable, I will definitely be calling him for our next service.

I have used mike several times now, he is the most genuine tradesman i have ever met, informative, gives you the worst case scenario over the phone, and comes up with cost effective solutions to the problem, i've delt with many boiler services before and have always been left feeling I've payed to much, but with mike at 1st call oil boiler services i can honestly say i always feel like i haven't payed enough!
