Stay away from here. Bob (the owner) is a conman. I'm not sure he's ever seen a car before in his life. There are plenty of better options in the Faringdon area.

My partner booked the car in here for me. I was a little nervous about using them due to the reviews, however I received fantastic service from them. On arrival I asked to wait for the car as I’m heavily pregnant they said it would be hours so offered me a lift home! They struggled to find the fault with the car initially but I assured them it was making a knocking noise and they reassured me they would have a look again. Got a call at the end of the day to say they found the issue and they could fix the car first thing the next day. Received a call at half 10 the next day to tell me the car has been fixed. Have been driving the car since and it no longer makes the noise! Very happy with the service I received

I dont usually like to leave negative reviews but in this case, I feel deceived..Took my car in to have service and MOT done which failed on airbag sensor light and brake fluid contamination and number plate bulb. I was not told that the car had failed but only when I called up to find out what was happening, I was told, but by this time, the work had already commenced on repairing the airbag light which happened to be the drivers side crash sensor. As it turned out, it was a pricey job, I did express about not being informed beforehand but was disregarded and told the work needs to be done in order to pass MOT which I then allowed to proceed.After paying in excess of £600, I picked the car up, only to discover, my fan heater blower was not working. Took the car back to Bob who was kind enough to look at the car the next day and called me to say that I will need a new blower motor unit which would set me back another £600+!! It was working completely fine before handing the car over to this garage. To my frustration, I retrieved my car from Second 2 None and went to work on this myself. Within 15mins, I had the fan blower working again by removing it and cleaning it out and it still is working since January! I had emailed more than enough times to challenge their diagnostic on this, but without surprise, I was being ignored and if any response was given, they were vague.A few months after, the airbag sensor that was fixed, lo and behold, the light had come back again. By this point, I had lost all faith and trust in this company and was VERY anxious and reluctant to go back here as I was afraid I'd be told it was something else. I had it checked out with another mechanic and was told it's the drivers side crash sensor. The very same place 'work was carried out'. I am very upset. Its a shame, I came here in good faith but only to be left with a very bad experience.

I’m new to the area and have been looking for a reliable garage.I like to test to see if garages are trustworthy before using them.So I took my truck here knowing there was no gas in the ac, and knowing there were no other problems.I told them my ac suddenly stopped working and asked if they could find out what the problem is.They told me the air condenser is leaking and needs to be replaced and would cost about £1500.If you are thinking of taking your vehicle here I recommend staying well away, unless you want to be paying for unneeded repairsShame there isn’t an option to give a 0 star review

Very good receptionist. Over charged for and after wrongly diagnosed brake issue which lead to them fully replacing current brake system unnecessarily with Brembo system. Brake fault is still present and the told me I needed to spend more money to resolve. Had to take car in around 6 times and it's still not fixed. Avoid this place. Go farther afield for a more thorough mechanic and to avoid being ripped off. Got a second opinion and the fault could have easily been fixed for under £200 instead of me paying over £1000 in total.

Bob and his brake shop team managed - at very short notice - to get my Mini back on the road within a day after having to completely replace the back brakes and fix the front ones as well. Bob is polite, welcoming, affable, honest, and informative. Price wasn't low - because parts were expensive - the lowest cost was labour. I would highly recommend Bob & his boys - and will definitely use Second 2 None again.

Took car in to get looked at power steering kept going off and engine cutting out . Took it in they told me it needed a new battery. Got to the end of the A420 car cut out completely while going 70 and broke down. When the recovery man came he plugged it in and told me it wasn’t the battery was the altinator. They also broke my ford badge off and left it on my seat with no explanation and didn’t get me back into my radio. The bloke who fixed it properly put me back in my radio it took him 2 seconds. Definitely don’t use. Was also rude to me when I raised the issues with them

Avoid !! Used them for 3 years and if I have crystal ball i never step in. No customer serviceUpdate: useless garage fitted rubbish water pump to my car NOT original part AVOID!!! On the left side is genuine" pump fitted by second2none on right is genuine pump.Bob the owner assured me they only fitting genuine parts

The first time I've used this company and i can highly recommend considering the service I received. The noise and fault with my car was quickly and accurately diagnosed, and repairs carried out cheaper than other garages I approached.Their team are polite and friendly, and I'll be using them for future servicing, repairs and new tyres.
