Been going to LSK since the first class in March 2020 and it’s been awesome.Very professional and safe classes with a range of ages and abilities so the classes are tailored to everyone who attends. It’s a good place to learn off the friendly members as well as the excellent coaches.Everyone gets along and it’s a great place to socialise and have a laugh as well as train hard.Anyone gets welcomed wether it’s for fitness training or because you’re aspiring to be the best and win competitions.

Outstanding club with fantastic instructors, during lockdown they have gone above and beyond to keep my children training, to keep them motivated and most of all they have cared enough to look out for their mental wellbeing. Would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been going to LSK for just over 6 months now. Luke and Sam are really good instructors and the whole group are very friendly. Very enjoyable and easy to go at your own pace with plenty of encouragement. Would recommend LSK to family and friends with no problems at all.

My 2 children myself and husband all attended lsk.. on various nights of the week and I do circuits on Sunday mornings. Every one works to there own ability with no pressure.... both luke and sam are amazing instructors and make each session fun.Kickboxing has changed our life for the better and would definitely recommend to come and see for your self.
