Would also note that if you have any physical or mental health disabilities as i have then this is the professional and trustworthy team to book.I came across this company when on the Next Door app as they were recommended by a number of different people and all had positive reviews. I made enquiries via phone and Shelley got back to me within 48 hours.Our windows on the outside hadn't been cleaned for over a year and were in dire need of a proper clean, I also asked if they would be able to do the inside as well, which wasn't a problem. I explained that I suffer with severe anxiety and that having someone strange in the house is extremely difficult and I was assured that this wasn't a problem and that she would ensure that the guys completing the work were aware.I received the quote for the work within a couple of days following an external viewing of our house which didn't require me to be available for. The quote was more than reasonable and we agreed a date and time for them to come.I can not praise the two guys enough. They were polite, respectful and efficient. Given the length of time since the exterior windows were last done it did take a few goings over in places and they ensured that I was happy with the work before they left.I have now booked in for the exterior to be done on a quarterly basis which Shelley has scheduled and given me the approximate date for. Also arranging this in advance means that the price is lower than for the initial first one off appointment.As I said at the beginning, if you or someone you know needs their windows cleaning, even if you are classed as being vulnerable for whatever reason these guys are absolutely the company to use. Trustworthy (I just handed them the keys to gain access), respectful (took their shoes off even though it wasn't necessary, took care around the blinds and shutters), thorough (my windows were bad and they were happy to go over the stubborn spots that could be seen after the first clean), polite and understanding of my anxiety, clean and tidy and they had all the equipment with them, meaning there was no need for me to do anything other than hand them the keys for the exterior and show them the layout of the house inside.Very happy and won't be going anywhere else.

These guys are the best!! I've been looking for a good, professional reliable window cleaning company for sometime and now I've found them. Our windows were filthy from living on a main road and as it's a townhouse we struggled to get to the top windows ourselves. After one visit they were gleaming, it's made the house feel so much brighter. Highly recommend their service, wouldn't use anyone else.

What a great company! I spoke to a lovely lady and within no time she had organised my windows/doors and sills to be cleaned to such a super standard! The only down side for me is I wish I had gone to them sooner! They are the 'go to' window cleaning company in the area! I was even asked if I wanted outside and inside windows cleaned. The chaps who cleaned the windows were so thorough and pleasant, the windows are now sparkly in the sunshine. A Direct Debit system is now set up so you are not looking for the cash. There are choices of time periods they can clean, so you can have your windows cleaned sooner or give a 8 or 12 week gap on a regular rota! Thank you so much, one big less job to do! Debbie
