I had a sudden flat on my ride from work in London to my kid’s parents’ evening in Surrey. Found this place on maps and pushed my bike there, not much more than ten minutes later not only was my tyre sorted but he’d also tightened my brakes (much improved), and oiled the chain. Really helped me out.

I picked up a puncture while cycling through the area and happened to luck upon Get a Grip as the nearest bike shop. I got a new inner tube in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price and some good advice about my rear hub.I will definitely be back the next time I need some work done or a service.Highly recommended

Very glad I found this place - a really great bike shop and Troy got my bike feeling brand new with the service! Huge waiting lists at other places I enquired at for bike services but Troy booked me in 2 days after calling and sorted my bike on the day. I don’t know a lot about bikes but he was very honest with what might need to be done and I was happy to leave him to it, confident he wouldn’t charge me unnecessary extra costs. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a fantastic local bike shop!

Got my Cube hydraulic brakes fixed last year, after years of abuse. Great service, also sent a friend to buy a second hand bike there after someone nicked his current one. He was really thank-full as he has a great city runaround.Now someone has hit my front wheel while locked up at shopping centre, and resultant slight buckle in it, so will be dropping in again. Can not recommend this shop any more! Keep the local artisans on the high-street.
