Worse doctors ever, phoned 54 times and finally get through at 8:19 to be told all appointments have gone. Not the first time this as happened either in fact it’s every time. What rattled my cage even more is it takes a doctor 7years of training to become a doctor and the receptionist think they know more than the doctor, if I didn’t need to see a doctor love I wouldn’t be ringing. I would like to say that the doctors themselves are fantastic but the receptionist we’ll just don’t get me started as I’ll run out of characters to actually put what I think of them.

Impossible to get through at 8am! Cannot book appointments in advance for a preferredDate! Reception staff don't give correct information at times and doctors don't do their jobs well, keep sending you back without doing tests, you actually have to suggest to them what tests to do! Surely as qualified doctors you should have the knowledge to do tests if a patients symptoms are not going away or refer them to the hospital if you don't know what you are doing!

I'm giving one star as it's no other option for zero stars. You will probably die before you'll get a chance for appointment or somebody answer the phone. This gp is a joke. You can't get through at 8 o'clock 5 minutes past 8 they don't have any appointments no pre bookings ( I don't know why). Common sense is to open a diary for appointments booked ahead, if you have so many complaints. They just don't care at all. They should send someone to sort this place out or just close whole premises as it's waist of our money and disgrace for NHS

I can almost never make an appointment and that's if I can get through the all day wait on hold with the phoneThey never call you back when they say they will (I'm still waiting for my call back on my referral)The reception staff make you feel small.The surgery makes me feel like I'm a number and not a human being.

I can never seem to get through when I ring at eight in the morning, whenever I do manage to get through I'm told there's nothing left or have the receptionist try to diagnose my illness. I have maximum respect for doctors and nurses and think they do a wonderful job, but the doctor that I end up with just does not seem to care and looks uninterested in what I'm telling him. In October I went and was told that I had a cold and it was nothing to worry about, it lasted through November and December, with a persistant headache and high temperature, including a fever. When I finally decided to go to the walk in centre I was told my temperature was very high and that it was Sinusitis, the lady that I spoke to there was shocked that my doctor did not prescribe me anything.I've been with this doctors since I was a child and I am definitely going to be switching to another practice, I'm not one of these people that ring up for every little thing. I only go to the doctors when I have absolutely no other choice, but time and time again I cannot get in and I'm forced to endure whatever nasty illness I end up with.

Ordered daughters epilepsy medication a week prior to needing it. Doctor calls a week after saying they’ve only just issued it as “it wasn’t a priority” now I have a 6 year old without medication till the pharmacy can order it and I’m having to contact the hospital for emergency medication for her. Absolute joke! I ordered it ready for when I needed it! For them to say they were ringing to review which was pointless she’s under a specialist consultant. Saying it took them so long as not a priority! Disgusting I hate this place!

Really should make zero stars an option . Impossible to get an appointment . The latest attempt was calling at 7:59 and getting through at number 13 in the queue . Relieved to think I will finally see a doctor today … nope I made it to 3rd in the queue and suddenly the line went dead ! Of course when I redialled it was 8:20 and they weren’t accepting phone calls . Honestly I don’t know what else to do except change surgeries .

Have been trying to contact this clinic about my elderly mum for SIX YEARS. You have more chance of contacting the dead. Never answer the phone or respond to email. Mum ended up in hospital due to their neglect.

Never seen a GP practice that's so badly run.I suffer from poor mental health and my medication has been taken off repeat for a follow up. Except they tell you that YOU need to call THEM. I have had no letters, no notice to tell me my medication that I rely on has been taken away, I only found out when I went to order more as I'm running out.. I never apply for appointments because the phone lines will be busy even calling as soon as they open there's a huge line.I was told by a receptionist that PROPER appointments will be listed online in the new year. Well here we are now, and it's STILL only smear tests that are available to book online.If you're researching where to go in the area for a GP. Avoid at all costs.

If can give 0 stars I would. I suffer from mental health and I have been with this gp for a year and since then had 2 appointments that had no fallow though. After trying for 4 days, yesterday I finally got an appointment and it was over the phone with a doctors, however after waiting all day till 7pm I realised they just forgot to call me! Who does that? I suffer from suicidal thoughs and extreme inxiety on the daily base and making a phone call to the doctors is very rere once for me as it feels like claiming a mountain very slowly and once you get there and make the call to ask for help they never answer ....... My life depends on them yet they don't care that this is my health and it's very personal to me. Do better please and get better management so you can do right by the people who rely on you and trust you with their most important need HEALTH
