Was served by Leylah today and would shop there again just because she works there! So friendly and helpful! Made sure we had all the information we needed to leave with the items that would work best for us. Didn't catch the name of the manager Leylah called over for us but she was also friendly, helpful and informative! Genuinely lovely experience due to wonderful staff! 10/10

I was on holiday in the area and needed a dog cone as my dog had a hotspot. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The quality of the cone is a bit naff but it did the job.

Super annoyed. Went for our first puppy shop adheard to all the vouchers spent almost an hour in store.... gave the assistant my phone to check the vouchers to be told no sorry nothing is relevant today! £100 I did not want to spend.... There was a big queue so felt like she didn't want to bother.and was flustered about a queue .. Disappointed and will be presenting my receipt along with the offers on my app. I wouldn't have taken the time if I'd of known

Brought pair of rabbits 3 to 4 weeks ago 1 died last week the other today obviously gonna be annoyed but the staff here think that its not exceptable to be a bit mad especially when its effected my 7 year old would not recommend buying any animal from this pets at home kings lynn

Make sure you get a recipt, which they don't automatically offer, as they don't except any kind of returns even for exchanges or credit notes without it.

Popped in to get some new litter trays... and cat litter.. staff were helpful in telling me where they were located in the store.. only issue I have and this applies to all Pets at home stores is when you get to the tills they will try and get everyone to sign up to a store card.... which in turn holds everyone else up...just annoying...

I was really happy with my visit this evening a young lady helped me at the till with down loading the pets @ home app to save me money on my puppy’s pet food. She also helped me with the finding the perfect food for a puppy with lots of nutritional ingredients. Will be returning to this store.Thank you Leylah, recommended you to friends and family for your great customer service
