Reshape Ladies Gym

This Gym has a great vibe and the team are so welcoming.Its a place where you can start you fitness journey and get support with top PT to push you in the right direction or maintain what you have already achieved with a good range of equipment.They have fun of classes also to get you moving and enjoying fitness.I’m really grateful to have found this gym and think it’s a beautiful and powerful gym for the ladies.

Much needed ladies only gym - can’t recommend enough! Amazing atmosphere and most importantly great management. Staff and instructors are very friendly, approachable and always willing to give advice and encourage. A very welcoming gym with something literally for everyone.

Don't like the steps leading up to the gym. No chance if you have mobility issues. Don't like the layout is all one room. Studio for classes ideally should be separate. Also there were children playing with the equipment which is a health and safety issue. Went just for a class but wouldn't join.

Fantastic cosy gym - good vibes from Ruby, Bushra and other members of staff. Very welcoming and always willing to offer their time and knowledge with your training. There is a nice and varied weight provision with equipment that is modern and well maintained. Very clean and excellent attention to detail, such as availability of complimentary sanitary towels. And close to home which is ideal!

Over the years I have been a member of many gym's and have done PT with several different people but never actually lost the amount of weight I have lost with Reshape.. The gym has everything you need to work independently aswell as a wide variety of classes throughout the day... I have done PT with Rux for several months now and highly recommend her. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients r getting the best and pushes us SO MUCH, not just during our session but also throughout the week ensuring we are eating right.. She goes above and beyond so we achieve our goals that we feel its only fair we match the effort.Ruby, Rux and the team go out of thier way to make sure the gym Is run smoothly . The vibe and energy to this gym is unreal. Everyone, is very friendly and welcoming... By far the best managed gym in town. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely love this gym! I've had many starts and stops in my fitness journey at other gyms.The beautiful ladies that work at the gym are amazing and so supportive.The vibe is great, you don't feel like a sore thumb in fact you feel more motivated seeing the hard work the girls are putting in.The classes are varied and the instructors are all engaging, welcoming and great with feedback.I think I might actually stick with a fitness routine this time round by finding such a supporting gym!

Best gym in town! Amazing Instructors and Staff that go up and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Lovely atmosphere and environment to train in! Easy location to get to with the best facilities to train with :)

Wonderful staff and great atmosphere. The one gym in my long decades of going to gyms that I can feel at home and feel I'm making progress. All down to the incredibly helpful and friendly team. Always so ready to help and encourage. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent local ladies only gym, the owner is star! Always ready to give some advice whenever she sees you around. Classes are great for those who are unfamiliar to working out and don’t know what exercises to my themselves. All in all a great gym!
