Good service, parking and great prices.

Excellent service from Toby at Screwfix, Bideford. Came in late this evening on our way to the last job after an unexpectedly long day. Toby sorted us out with the parts we needed and specially made a takeaway coffee for me as the trade counter was closed. It was so gratefully received. Thanks Toby

For those yet to visit the shop, this is like an old-style shop front. You enter the store directly to the counter and ask for what you want. Please do not be put off by this. The staff are very friendly.As mentioned by others; good prices, plenty of parking and helpful staff.Would also point out that the store is also wheelchair accessible.

Amazingly expert, patient & friendly service from Tim and colleagues. Next day - when it transpired that I'd made the wrong product choice - a no-fuss refund was provided :)

Don't usually leave reviews however I have to commend the Bideford store. Two members of staff were brilliant. A young lad with glasses and a young girl. They both adapted their customer style with the differet people in store. The young girl was holding a conversation with my child whilst the lad was serving me. My child is autistic and doesn't usually talk to people but the young girl noticed that she liked Thomas the tank engine and started a conversation about it! This meant I was able to buy my stuff without any hassle. .My daughter loved your staff member so much she keeps asking when she can go back. That level of service goes above and beyond what is expected of a retail worker and I wanted to commend her on her brilliant service. I cannot remember her name but she was a manager. They are both an asset to your company. Not just helping customers but acknowledging little customers too! Will be coming to Bideford in the future just so my daughter can show her, her thomas presents!

I was having a really bad day with guttering joining,after ariving at the Bideford branch for parts & being served by the oh so kind & helpful Toby well i can honestly say my day was brighter, nothing too much trouble & very polite & helpful, a credit to the team. thankyou.

Great service, really useful when determining which electric heater to buy. As with all branches of Screwfix, there is a wide selection of reasonably priced equipment. Would recommend.

Really glad I went here. I wasn’t sure what sort of drill I needed but the young lad called Sam was so helpful and asked what I wanted it for and my budget and explained to me what various drills did. (Who knew there were SO many??) Anyway, I am very pleased with the one I bought, it does what I want and if I ever need another electric tool I will definitely be asking Sam.
