Expected better. As an ex-employee of the brand I felt disappointed of the quality. I thought we aimed for the best not average. No longer justifies the price.

I usually come here every couple days for a coffee before class and usually the staff are really nice but the man that served me today was really rude and and audibly sighed and was annoyed when I ordered my chai latte. I work in customer service and know how annoying some customers can be but all I did was order my coffee. There's a new coffee shop opening up next door so I'd recommend going there or to starkbucks instead and I'll be cancelling my club pret subscription.

Nice coffee, great almond croissants, good environment for relaxing and do small work while having your daily breakfast. Clean facilities. Nothing to complain at all.
