I’ve visited this store twice, one where I had the Apple strudel tea and the other where I had the chai toffee tea. The staff were so lovely, especially Anouk! I had a lot of questions as I’m vegan and don’t drink caffeine, and she was so attentive and kind. Will be returning soon to try some more flavours. Thank you!! ❤️

What truly stood out was the level of expertise and attentiveness of the staff, Basel. He took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through their extensive tea selection. His knowledge of each blend, and flavor profiles was truly impressive. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick out teas that perfectly suited my taste.The variety of teas available was astounding. From delicate white teas to robust black teas, rooibos, white teas, green tea and an array of herbal infusions, there was something for every palate. The quality of the teas was evident in every sip, with each blend offering a unique and delightful experience.

I was so excited to stumble across the B&B Shop today as I didn't realise one had opened in Leeds! I even ended up going twice in the same day!I've wanted to try the teas for a while and was not disappointed!! There is a very large range of ethically sourced teas with carefully curated flavours, both to buy for at-home use, or prepared in store to drink straight away (they've got alternative milks too). I got a butter blend tea latte, which is a blend of different black teas frothed up with milk that left me warm and smiling ☺️The two workers that served me were friendly, attentive, and informative. I sadly didn't catch their names but hopefully they'll read this and recognise themselves ;)I'll definitely be back and look forward to bringing friends and family along too x

Best cafe in Leeds! The shop sells a wide variety of herbal, black, green, and rooibos teas, as well as a huge selection of matchas! They also do drinks to take away and there’s seating in Victoria Arcade for you to have your drinks. Lots of vegan options and iced drinks, hot teas, lattes, etc all available. The staff were all so friendly and talked us through their offerings. Highly recommend for anyone! Would also be good for children for a special treat.

What an amazing customer experience and customer service you offered in your Leeds shop today.I only discovered you today by chance. All three staff members were attentive, asking questions to ascertain what type of loose tea I might like and listening carefully to my answers. They then made specific suggestions, initially by tipping some fresh leaves into the tea container lid so I could see and smell them, then later by brewing up two of the teas just for me to try them.It’s great that, unlike most of your competitors, you offer 20g, 50g, and 100g portions. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable and passionate the staff are about the ethos and the ethical side of the business (I had quite a few questions about that).This is exactly what a customer experience in retail should be like. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to duplicate it via an online purchase.Great too that this business is independently owned. If the owners/managers are reading this, please thank the three staff at work on the afternoon of Tuesday, 29 August 2023. Highly recommended.Update on 7 September 2023: I called in again this week. Even though it was only the second time I'd been in this shop, I was really impressed that Anouk (I now know her name) not only remembered me but that she also immediately thanked me for my review that I'd written. It's great that the company had passed my feedback in my original review here on to the staff who were working in the shop on the first day I called in. Not all employers would take the time to pass on positive feedback to their staff in this way and not all shop assistants would remember a customer who had only ever been in the shop once before. I've now also had time to try the tea I bought during my first visit (jasmine poached pear) and the infusion I bought today (piña colada). Both are absolutely delicious … and the leaves are so colourful. Thanks, Anouk, for the idea of storing them in used glass herb/spice jars.

The staff in this shop are the most friendly. They help me to choose what tea I want when I'm overwhelmed by the choices and I am never disappointed with the product. Definitely worth a visit if you are a fan of tea
