Good place lots of selection. Just a bit overpriced on most products

Went for the first time on 16.08.2021 early evening. Great toy store, floor to ceiling shelves full of toys! Toddler walked around in awe!Everything is clearly sign-posted, wide aisles, bright decor. Can find items easily. Staff were very helpful as we bought a fancy dress and it was missing the headband. Went back in and no questions asked (with receipt) we got another headband.Store was very tidy and clean. Will return to buy Christmas presents.

Poor customer service. Arrived to do Christmas shopping but had no change for a trolley. I asked if they had a token i could buy or borrow a token which they wouldn't do.In the end i tried tying two baskets together and pull them around. After i had filled the two baskets up i gave up and left it behind and went else where to do my shopping. Will not be shopping at this store again!!BRING BACK TOYS R US!!

This is our closest Smyth's and it's brilliant the staff are always friendly when you walk in. and there is plenty of stock on the shelves it's such a big shop it's brilliant. I've sometimes ordered online and collect and it's always ready for collection really quickly

A great toy store similar to Toys R Us. Very nicely sized Lego aisle.

Smyths toys in Norwich never fails when it comes to customer service I went in on a Tuesday and bought a new pushchair for my daughter. On the Friday the brake was playing up I rang first to see if someone could look at it and was advised to come in after 10. I got there around 11am and Em who works on the pushchairs and car seats was amazing instantly found the issue and says it was faulty and arranged an exchange for me, she helped show me how to adjust the straps as it was particularly tricky but she was great so helpful and is a credit to this store.

Brand new toy store for this retail park. Thought it was expensive to be honest. However, we did pick up a few items for the kids including a huge pirate ship. No air conditioning made it a stuffy and sweaty shopping experience. Let's see what the sales bring. Free parking. Other shops are just a stone's throw away as the shop is located on a retail park.

Would give no stars if possible. Ordered something for my daughters birthday party on Monday and paid for next day delivery. Did not receive it Tuesday and then on Wednesday had an update that I would receive it that evening, too late for the party. I rang Smyths who refunded the £1.99 delivery fee but said once it was ordered it was ‘out of their hands’ and down to the courier and so not their problem. Said they could email the courier but ‘you know what they are like, they don’t listen to anybody’. Would not offer any further compensation or assistance. I would never trust this company again, I have been left totally out of pocket and now having to seek last minute replacement for my daughter party. Awful service and claims for delivery are obviously untrue as they stated they have no control over delivery once something is ordered.
