I am a bike obsessive with 4 bikes and have never been to a repair shop better! Tom took my whole gravel bike apart for a respray, stored the components in order, even packed the frame to send it to the spray shop and took it to the post office for me!!! The kindness and service was on a different level. Tom's very reasonably priced, very technically engaged and clearly doing this for the love of the sport and his trade. Genuinely half to 2/3rds the price of Mud Dock in the centre and twice the service, Tom whatsapping me issues and reccomendations . Now all my friends get their bike serviced here. I reccomend you do too!

Best bike shop I’ve been to in Bristol. Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Quick turnaround times and can drop off/pick up in the evenings not just during opening hours.

Tom gave me some of the best service I’ve ever received at a bike shop or even any shop! Very helpful: walked me through every step of figuring out what was wrong with my bike. I left knowing a lot more about bike repair than when I came in. And a great price as well, which you definitely can’t beat anywhere in Bristol. Highly recommend!

Great cafe and top quality service from the mechanics. My bike came out riding an absolute dream in no time at all.They kept me in the loop with turnaround times and helped with every question I had, giving great informative advice. On top of that, incredibly reasonable pricing too. No pressure to install new parts or any additional extra costs either, was all explained out to me upfront. Great experience in an era where getting anything bike related done can be a right pain!Cheers lads

Brought 5 wheels to be serviced. They are like new and running perfectly. Tom is super efficient, polite and full of knowledge and know how. Coffee and beer is spot on too when you come to drop off or collect! I won’t take my bike or parts to anyone else. Simply put.
