Friendly, Cheerful, Helpful & Professional. I bought my son’s Tissot in for examination because it was behaving badly. Sometimes it’s difficult to leave a review without sounding a bit “gushy” but I felt valued and confident almost as soon as I walked in and was greeted by a young lady who I am embarrassed to say I didn’t get her name - I am sorry. Even though it took a while to sort the watch problem, I was never left in the dark and somebody called me with progress. I went to Allum & Sidaway because they are registered Tissot specialists but I will try and go out of my way to use them again for jewellery, watch and associated advice. Thank you!

Couldn’t have asked for better service from charlotte and Patrick. Charlotte helped me choose the perfect engagement ring for my partner. Even through the circumstances with COVID patrick was able to get the ring re sized in such short notice. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this jewellers - amazing customer service! Very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Popped in about a slight issue with a Pandora bracelet I hadn’t even bought from them (was a birthday present) and they repaired it for me straight away! So pleased! They deserve to have the custom. After a few years of not wearing my earrings I went to Allum and Sidaway to have them re-pierced. The wonderful Elouise helped me choose some rather lovely new studs and explained the process of cleaning and healing. The actual piecing was quick and practically painless and I would very happily recommend this service.

First Class Service. I was doing some research for a Tissot watch that I was planning to buy next year. I found an offer of the watch that I was looking for on their website. As it was lockdown I made contact by e mail, I received a telephone call promptly from Patrick, and after a few conversations I decided to buy the watch. It arrived in less than a day! Delighted with my purchase, and the service from Patrick was first class. Would recommend this company.
