The Pinn Medical Centre
I was seen within minutes of my appointed time. Dr Deepen Patel is my regular GP and he listens and takes note of any problems, always follows up when he says he will with referrals or regular monitoring. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment if urgent diagnosis is required. Very satisfied with the service given.

Firstly my appointment ran to time, and the doctor took real interest in my issues and was extremely empathetic with me. She completely understood me and did not rush to finish the appointment until I was ready to. She had a caring manner which put me at ease and think she is a huge asset to the Pinn medical centre. Thank you for being our GP. Really good service and good staff. You can get an emergency appointment even if you are coming in the middle of the day. Thank you for being understanding. Reception team is great too. I am very happy with the clinic.

I visited the surgery today (Saturday) for my COVID & Flu vaccines. I had an appointment but people were also turning up for the walk in option. The volunteers taking the registration & guiding you to the next available treatment room were exceptional & deserve our gratitude. I was given my vaccinations within 2 minutes of arriving. Thank you.

The doctor was extremely patient and empathetic. Thanks to her quick thinking I was booked an appointment at ENT straight away. Just got my debries cleaned from my ear and further consultation booked for Monday. So glad it's finally going good in the right direction.ThanksSakshi

Once Dr’s appointment is obtained , Clinical evaluation & investigations were excellent.Last Appointment was 10-15am seen by Dr 10-40.Very satisfied with clinical service .HoweverBooking appointment by Patch was below standard.Reception declined to book clinic appointment & referredto patch which is most of the time found to be ‘non functioning’ and full.The system needs urgent attention.

Was easy to book an appt via the online system and received an appt for the same day. Unfortunately had to wait almost one hour for the appointment. However the actual GP consultation was very good so overall a positive experience.

It was almost 1 hour wait by the time we got to see the doctor with my toddler. Appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes. Simply pleased to see someone on the day anyway as another night without the prescription would have been unbearable.

I found the process of booking an appointment through Patches surprisingly straight forward considering I am not very 'online adept'. An appointment was made available for me the same day with the Advanced Practitioner Nurse and a prescription for a minor ailment was provided. Very happy with the service.My only concern is the amount of time the system is down as 'full capacity has been reached'But on the whole this was a very reassuring experience.

Very good experience. I was feeling so unwell and likely in need of antibiotics with a throat infection, managed to get same day appointment which as we know is like gold dust. Seen by clinical nurse who assessed me and gave me prescription which has saved my bacon as the next day my temp shot up and I became really unwell, so we managed to nip it in the bud.
